If you’re looking for fear, Kundalini will help you find it. If you’re looking for a problem, Kundalini will help you find it. If you’re looking for someone to shame or blame, Kundalini will help you find them. If you’re looking for love and light and grace, Kundalini will help you find it. Choose what you’re looking for. If it’s based in fear then prepare to be afraid. Is it based on anger? Then prepare to be angry. Is it based in love and grace? Then prepare to have love and grace.

Kundalini can take your worst fears and concerns and bring them face to face with your consciousness. You will be forced to deal with it in any way that you can or in a way that she is guiding you to deal with it. Your ego will typically resist but that will not help and may make things even worse. Face them and make the emotional and psychological changes that allow you to face them. Do not put these on the shelf. Do not avoid working through these scenarios. Face these issues as they are not being brought up accidentally.
