The faster one goes the more difficult the Kundalini can become.
Some have no choice in this and yet others do.
Take your time and be at ease with what grace has to give when it wants to give you anything.

Stay positive and stay balanced as best you can.
If your inside of the rapid format then that is exactly where you need to be and it is no accident. Allow that level of grace to dominate your destiny in whatever way it chooses for you.
