Emotional Reversals

Please observe the emotions and what kind of emotion you are giving strength to by practicing it and therefore solidifying it into your behaviors.

None of us want to admit to having emotions that are destructive and yet we do have them.
Inside of the Kundalini process part of our internal diligence is to recognize what destructive behaviors we are attaching to and to reverse these emotional trends.

By reversing we are able to clear these behaviors from our expression especially as we do so again and again reversing sometimes years of destructive entrainment.

By reversals I am referring to providing a beneficial emotional expression to replace a destructive one.
Love for hate, or tolerance for bigotry etc.
It can be a little bit difficult at first but these repeated activities are very important for the emotional balances which are where the ego may draw specific behavioral responses from.

This is a way of allowing the ego mind to choose from a healthier palette of choices when it leans towards a trigger response to an emotional situation.
The more we practice these reversals the greater our loving and beneficial experience inside the Kundalini becomes.
