Even within Kundalini... Death is our closest companion.
I learned this during a heart attack I had recently.
Do your best to live the pure and clean life and do not worry or allow negativity to attach to yourself by virtue of how other people pass away.
Do your best to support life in yourself and life in others.
But death will always come.
I do not hate it and do not fear it for it is merely the end of one chapter and the beginning of another within the book of grace that you are.
