Go within to Kundalini. People do not understand what they are doing when they create an opening within themselves for assistance from "outside of themselves" for psychic or energetic healing.
In many ways it's like sticking your hands in the sewer and expecting to get clean water.
Not saying it can't be done but it is not typical.
People have no idea what is sharing the aetheric space with them on this world.
People think that they can say a certain word or dance a little dance they can just bypass the entire lower astral and that's just not the case.
There is too much drama and the impetus towards trauma from many different sources for that to be a safe and secure way of initiated healing on individuals.

Let me be clear. Any book or video or recording or teaching that instructs you to go outside of your own inner self should be avoided within Kundalini. No matter how popular or well accepted by the masses that instruction may be. This includes so-called ascended Masters or gods and goddesses of various religions. There is no outside source or control of the Kundalini within you. This is your treasure, your responsibility, your challenge. Don’t give away to some entity, claiming to be this or that, the gift of grace that you are.
