For more severe shock or PTSD issues - Focus on someone’s voice or a neutral conversation.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Where am I?
- What is today?
- What is the date?
- What is the month?
- What is the year?
- How old am I?
- What season is it?
Know that this is all about the Kundalini and trust in its presence and expression in your life.
These are some techniques that will work. There may be others that are helpful for your particular situation. Staying in the body and not fantasizing or getting caught up in music or drama will help to stabilize and ground a person in addition to those techniques already listed.
