Here is something to consider.

All your life you’ve been presented with challenges.
Most Kundalini people have had pretty strong challenges throughout their childhood and into their teen years and adult years.
Almost all of it has been for the refinement and purification of the body mind emotions psychology and spirit.
Now you can blame those experiences and the people who caused those experiences for how hard and horrible your life may have been.
You can castigate them you can swear at them you can resent them you can look for revenge against them if you want or you can see them for the grace that they are as well.
For without them you would not have been able to have the purifications to balance the Karma and to develop the strength that you’ve had to develop in this lifetime.
Same thing with the flesh teacher if you had a flesh teacher and they put you through hell on this world in the name of Kundalini and in the name of grace you can blame them for whatever trauma or series of traumas that they may have put you through.
But it’s not gonna change anything.
If anything it’s just going to deepen your bitterness about your life and about your grace.
I suggest you take a bigger look at a bigger picture.
I suggest you see them for the refinement opportunities that they have been for you and your Kundalini process.

Much activity is about refinements being given into the body. In other words as you are making progress so are you presented with more activity. Forms of tactile energy will begin to be felt by you as you already may have noticed. This will increase. At this time it is of great importance to begin to bring your emotional and ego oriented expressions into a greater level of nobility. Be forgiving and not so quick to anger or irritation. More tolerance and compassion. More appreciation of all creation. More love of life and of being the grace for others in service of love and divinity. Engage self correction as constantly as is needed. You can be on your way and moving well yet these other areas of refinement are critical.
