I think it is yes mostly in the mind of the ego.
But when people create the system to interfere with the energetic Anatomy they can make it real just by believing it. What is real is the interference.
The desire to be helpful is good. The desire to be special is more of an ego feed.
The idea that it is a healing program not so much good. Giving people a reason to get involved in a good exploration of spirituality is good.
Introducing selfless service, if it is done, is good.
So it is real but it is not needed. It's just like putting makeup on your face "it is real" but it's not needed.
You have come into this world with everything that you need to achieve enlightenment and for enlightenment to achieve you. Achieve isn't a correct word but it is part of our limited language.
So accept the control of your grace Within.
Remember the kingdom of heaven is within it's not within pranic healing or chakra healing or chakra balancing or reiki or any of it.
It's not within chakra balancing. It's not within chakra cleansing. It's in your Surrender, Your Personal surrender, to the divine within.
Not to a voice that claims to be the divine within.
Not to a voice that tells you "Yo bro, dude , it's like totally coming".
