Kundalini and Caffeine

caffeine diet health purification Nov 24, 2025

I cannot tell you with enough seriousness how detrimental caffeine is to the body as it is going through the Kundalini activation. Yes, it is supported in our society, millions if not billions of people have it every morning. Most of those people, over 95% of those people, will not be having Kundalini as they do so.
Just like alcohol, which is also very much supported here in the United States, caffeine can literally harm the body while the person is having Kundalini. I do not and cannot be more forthcoming and truthful and honest than what my grace tells me to tell you about caffeine.

This is something that a person must not do while the changes to the kidneys and the adrenal glands are taking place. These changes can last anywhere from one to 8 years. After those changes have been made then caffeine in moderation can be reinitiated into the diet if the individual so desires.
But in the beginning, within that eight year period, you must be able to put it down. Or it will put you down. You'll experience levels of chronic fatigue, adrenal burnout, that you will have never experienced before in your life and you'll run to the MD saying "Oh I have no energy at all! I have no drive! oh I can't get up off of the couch." And the MD in their desire to help you and in their total lack of understanding and wisdom about the changes that Kundalini initiates, will try to find or manufacture something that fits your symptoms. Unintentionally misdiagnosing you.

Purification means purification. It doesn't mean that you can give it up for a day or a week and then come back to it. The same way that you wouldn't feed an infant horseradish or hot peppers is how you need to begin to understand the effect of caffeine on the newly emerging transformation being brought by the Kundalini.

One can enjoy life without drinking caffeine. And sometimes we must try to do it it's not all about laying back and letting whatever comes come. Sometimes we need to push ourselves and chemical addictions are something we will often need to enforce through self discipline.
Not everything is effortless. -Chrism Kundalini
