Kundalini Feet

It's really important to take care of your feet with in the Kundalini. Please do not hesitate to walk barefoot outside or on bare soil. Please do not hesitate to give yourself or have a loved one give you a foot massage.
Please clean between your toes every opportunity that you have and stretch them out and move them back and forth and left and right. Take care of your toenails.
And when you have to wear a shoe wear shoes that are very comfortable.
As comfortable as you can make it or find it.
I know shoes are expensive.
But I can give you a review of a shoe that was given to me as a gift.
For the men and women of Kundalini if you can afford it there is a kind of shoe, a tennis shoe that was given to me as a gift that I have found very comfortable and durable and I am comfortable recommending it to you here and no I don't work for the shoe company and I'm not getting paid for this LOL.
Not even a free shoe LOL.
It is built by a Japanese shoe maker that started in 1949 as Japan was rebuilding after the nuclear bombardment.
In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan.
He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano," which, when translated, expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body."
Taking the acronym of this phrase, ASICS was founded on the belief that the best way to create a healthy and happy lifestyle is to promote total health and fitness.
So I was given a gift one of their shoe lines.
The line is called asics kahana - 8 running shoe.
For both men and women.
I don't do a lot of running but I do a lot of walking everyday and I can attest to the comfort and the durability of this shoe.
So in line with the idea of keeping your feet as healthy as possible while they are walking on extremely hard surfaces such as pavement or cement or hard tiled floors I will recommend the shoes.
For all other surfaces- except perhaps ice and snow and really jagged rocks or anything that would cut or harm the bottom of your foot - I will suggest walking barefoot as much as you can.
These shoes retail at about $80 usd and are in my opinion very expensive shoes.
But I can attest to their comfort and durability.
So take care of your feet as they are extremely important to the Kundalini and to your life and to your energetic anatomy. Thanks for reading.
Feet and Toes
The foot has a palm like the palm of your hand.
In that foot palm is a chakra. These foot chakras are what will draw up earth (feminine) energy and can often be felt inside a Kundalini activation with tingling or heat or intense cold.
These can be very important for coming into an energetic balance within the positive and negative or male and female polarities of the experience.
The toes like fingertips are also with chakras so be kind and loving to them though you may not see them as much as your fingers.
Sometimes awakenings can be charted by the left big toe turning black and blue as the energy will often demonstrate there first.
This is why I ask that, as much as possible, you should spend some time barefoot on bare earth.
Not in the freezing weather unless you have the energy up already and can still be warm.
Foot massage and toe massage can be very nice for the activation of those ignored chakras.
If that is the case.
Just the act of rubbing your feet together in specific ways can activate a dormant flow.
