One way is not THE way for everyone

First of all there are far more enjoyable and beautiful experiences from the Kundalini when we do not resist than when we do. It seems obvious but when the power has its hold on you fear sets in easily. Fear can lead to resistance and resistance can lead to hurt and of course more fear.
Electrical kriyas are spontaneous energetic pulses that can literally feel the same as tremendous amounts of electricity bursting up the spine. There is no technique or resistance to these levels of energetic bursting. No controlling it either. I have had these and for me it felt as I could only imagine sitting on an 8000 volt live wire would feel. This is real and quite powerful. Happens during meditation or other related Kundalini based practices. It is part of the transformation measures the Kundalini can place within an individual awakening.
Not everyone will have these.
One dear friend has had them for over four years daily. Not a pleasant experience when one doesnt know why. Stopping meditation or what exercise a person may be doing at the time of the electrical burst can be helpful which is what I did. Yet that is not a guarantee.
I write of this to inform you about merely "one of many" aspects of very very extreme energetic phenomena that can occur within the Kundalini and why it is best not to force it. Working with it in its ascent and its application is much better than a monkey see monkey do approach which is how many of the yogic systems were produced. imho.
We are all different and come into Kundalini with different karma and different ways of balancing that karma and the Kundalini will have its way in that area as well. The electrics are very powerful and can throw one across a room or down a driveway which is what happened to me. Let us embrace the Kundalini in all of its aspects. Its power is mitigated by your surrender to it. Sometimes too much energy is a signal to stop trying to generate more. Sometimes it is a needed aspect of the transformation. There are many variables that come into the Kundalini and the electrical kriyas are one of these variables that cannot be controlled by human ego based assumptive analysis.
One way is not THE way for everyone. There as many ways as there are people on this Earth. Same with the level and diversity of the phenomena that can occur. I know many of you reading this may be quite scientific in your thinking and acceptance or nonacceptance of grace. So be it. Do not let that interpretation of life distance you from a wider appreciation that is not explained by scientific theories and hypothesis.
Kundalini and its awakening consciousness far exceed what our limited awareness is able to appreciate and partake of within levels of truth and accuracy.
