is the first sequence of events that begin the transformations of body, mind, psychology, emotional and spiritual expressions. Changes in weight and diet and mindset and egocentric attachments among many other changes.
These begin to lead and shape and prepare the body for the spinal sweep. The actual merging with the divine.
This is the Kundalini Awakening.
