Surrender?

attitudes ego surrender Oct 28, 2025

It will be specific to you. Surrender in the Kundalini context isn't like giving up to an enemy or giving in to insurmountable forces. It is about turning a greater level of priority over to the divine within - the Kundalini. A greater level of control over your life and over your choices to the Kundalini. Choosing behaviors that reflect the attitudes that Kundalini will point you towards i.e. forgiveness, tolerance, love, patience, truth, honesty, strength, courage, fearlessness, mindfulness, compassion, service, among other qualities.

You may wish to look at your current situation and see how much ego is being injected into the equation. How much of a control by the ego is being brought into a position of control. For the unawakened there will often be more ego than a consciously awakened person, but look and feel how this is coming through to the Kundalini in you.

There is often a disparity in the mannerisms and attitudes of those Kundalini active and those who are not. Greater levels of patience are given for those who do not as yet understand about the Kundalini.

We can look at how much we are "needing" to be seen as being "right".
We can look at ourselves first and make what corrections are needed before we look at others and this can include the creation of a new inner environment or a change in the existing one.

Surrender is about letting go and letting God (Kundalini) make some changes in how we choose to make a decision or choice in our life.
I have students who give everything, surrender everything, to the Kundalini or to me as their teacher and they are leading beautiful lives. Surrender means a letting go of ego control and giving into the control or guidance of the grace within or where or whom the grace within gives for you to surrender into.
