3. Payments & Refund Policy

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through Kajabi and third-party processors such as Stripe.

Donations made through our website are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. Donations do not entitle the donor to any specific services, products, or benefits.

Due to the nature of our spiritual and energetic services, all sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4. Access and Duration

Some products include lifetime access; others are time-limited. Access terms are stated on each product page.

We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Wild Kundalini is the intellectual property of Wild Kundalini unless otherwise noted. This includes but is not limited to videos, PDFs, meditations, downloads, audio, live sessions, and written content.

You may not share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or republish any paid content without our express permission.

6. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimers

Our Services are intended for spiritual, personal, and educational growth. While we may speak about topics such as health, well-being, relationships, finances, or life direction, no results or outcomes are guaranteed.

Engagement with Kundalini energy and spiritual practices involves personal risk. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Wild Kundalini is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or spiritual difficulties or adverse effects that may arise from participation in our programs or use of our materials. Use of our Services is at your own risk.

Users participating in our community platforms (Kajabi, Facebook groups, etc.) must adhere to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content—including videos, links, or external media—at our discretion.

We may remove users who violate these standards or disrupt the sacred energy of the space.

We use third-party platforms such as Kajabi, Stripe, Zoom, and others. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services including but not limited to any damages related to spiritual, emotional, or physical effects.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior that is harmful or misaligned with our community and values.
